Some runes should be having melee/ ranged differentiation
You have it for Grasp and glacial augment, but the utility/ dmg of Lethal tempo, Dark harvest, Phase rush and Kleptomancy should be different when u are melee/ ranged It is totally unfair to have ranged champ receiving as much MS as melee champ when they both get slow resistance (example) while ranged champ can proc it so easily. Same applies to the rest.
