Remove it, nerfed it, rework it. Whatever you want to do. I'm fine with ADC's being crit-centric champions, but this item here is too much now. It was fine when most champs had around 50% or less crit, but at 80+% crit it's too much of a boost. The power gap between APC's and ADC's would be smaller as well late game, which is needed because ADC's are hitting their power spike MUCH sooner than APC's right now. Other balance changes might need to be made, but this item is where you need to start.
