@RiotRepertoir Why not have sightstone regenerate?

Just like yellow trinkets (and their upgrades that nobody likes/remembers to purchase =P)?

I already imagine the first complaint about this would be about Lee Sin's ward hopping, what with him coming back into meta every couple of seasons. But for some reason they won't ever consider allowing Braum to have the same mechanic for such a thematically similar skill, but I angrily digress

But aside from that one example of a concern, what are the dev's ideas about giving the sightstone (ruby or otherwise) regenerating charges? Perhaps at the same rate as the current upgraded yellow trinket.

This obviously isn't my original idea, it's one that's been on the boards on-and-off. I'm only bringing this back up because we finally have a very consistent rioter on the boards who brings constructive discussion to (his?/her?) threads. Even if this idea isn't supported by riot devs, at least we'd have some idea of their thought process behind it.
