Riot, I'm pleading with you

I'm down on me knees, with tears in my eyes, please don't let the Koggy W changes got to Live.

All Kog needs is to have his base HP bumped up to the point he can survive the lane phase. He doesn't need more %HP damage early. He certainly doesn't need less %HP damage late. All he needs is a little nudge to make his early game more robust.
