Righteous glory vs warmogs
In what situation would you ever buy warmogs over glory, EVEN if you arent a mana based champ. Righteous glory gives HP regen anyways.

If you're a champion who would consider building both? Warmogs has significantly higher HP regen as well and has better syngery with spirit visage. Warmogs is mostly a niche item for specific HP scaling champs especially those who use health to cast spells such as Mundo and Zac I probably wouldn't build it outside of those champs. Maybe garen and volibear as well. There are a handful of other champions who CAN use it, but typically won't due to better itemization choices.
