Suggestions for Ranked games, and in-game chat

Hello all, so playing Overwatch for a while, i realize how casual and non toxic the game is at times. I would like to suggest adding a "match" chat option while in a game, which would make both team and enemy texts colored orange, like in Overwatch. Making the text orange made me realize how offended i actually got when i saw someone dissing me in League when a red name comes up, because i immediately know it's an enemy. Orange text kind of neutralizes the war factor in chat, and mixes the flow of chat better. So all this would need to be is an option saying "change /all chat to /match chat?" or something like that.

Furthermore, i was thinking to have a "draw" function in matches instead of only /ff or/surrender, you could maybe find a willing enemy team that realizes you have a troll or intentional feeder, AFKer, etc. and type /draw which would come up with a full 10 person vote where everyone has to vote in order to make it happen. Neither team is penalized if a draw occurs. (nobody wins or loses it says "draw" in match history).
