Twisted Treeline Queue disabled, a quick question

Hey, im a high elo player on 3v3 , currently grandmaster, was wondering, since i play 1 decay game a day because of work, so i can only play game a day to prevent my self from losing lp, since ranked queue have been disabled on 3v3 , what will happen to my lp ?
