Whenever i play 
i always win lane but i just dont know what to do after i feel like after i win lane as i go like 5/0 and then slowly it goes to 5/10 or something i dont know i just cant seem to play him after lane phase and i feel completely useless any tips ?

cuz is a champ that falls off after lane thats why he has to win early cuz everyone outscale him in 99% of the time
You're playing a lane bully, so your job is to get an advantage, set your opponent behind, and get your team ahead.
Stealing enemy jg camps is one easy way to do the first two (more gold for you, less gold for the enemy jg). Gank mid as well, or secure rift herald and drop it mid.
Late, the most you can do is just build durable and try to protect your team tbh. Slaughter assassins or squishy divers if they head in, and try to beat down their tanks.
