Dark harvest is so ridiculous

It does equal to or greater than (usually greater than) the damage of electrocute while having way easier requirements to proc it and on a potential 1.5 second cooldown.

Ffs i just took 80% of my health from a lategame karthus ult when i was full because he had liandries which caused it to proc after it brought me below half.

The requirements to proc the ability need to become harder.

Also bring back deathfire touch.
