So when can we nerf botrk so that adc can stop abusing it. And I really doubt the current nerf on the pbe is going to do jack shit all. I really don't see how its life steal going from 15% to 12% is going to fix the real problem with it which is its unique passive which deals 8% of the current targets as bonus physical damage
Here we go another month with Lucian bot every game,especially after Cait nerfs he is going to get picked even more often. I really dont see what is logic behind Riot balancing team. They either make Lucian be useless or fucking OP.
Or we can nerf the only ADC who is dominating because of that item, 
. How about we don't nerf to entire adc roster cause you have a hate boner for auto attack based champions.
The other ADCs that are using the item are not dominating the game as a whole, are being nerfed 
, or they have been strong for a long time

Not saying 3% less lifesteal will fix it, but claiming that the on-hit is the sole issue isn't correct either. Befor the buff in V7.5, it already had the 8% and still was rarly used. BotrK's issue is not a single thing it does, it's all the things together. It's just trying to fill to many niches at once, so when it's strong, it's the ideal item in any situation.

The item got nerfed already, kind of, with the overall reduction of health in the game, plus with the next patch there is a change towards Tabis that makes on-hit effects deal less damage.
Actually, I don't mind Lucian as much as i dislike Caitlyn.
They already nerfed it from 8% to 4% on ranged champions, didn't they? I'd say the item is pretty well gutted for most marksmen.

nerfing the item just because of lucian does not sound like a good idea.
