Nerf Sett

He's getting gutted. Thank god.

I'm not sure the shield is the problem just damage. I'm fine with Sett's shield since it decays quickly and lasts a second and a half but the punishment you receive just for hurting him is unreasonable. A lot of times when I play as or against Sett his ability to turn a fight around in a mere second is too annoying although playing as Sett I've noticed some people seem to give it the proper respect it deserves and seem to be ready for it by either walking to the side or dashing out entirely so maybe I'm just bad dodging it. As for laning against the W, you just have to poke him and not give him too much grit before all inning him. The W's cooldown is pretty high so if can manage to either avoid the damage or just sustain it somehow you can punish Sett pretty hard right away.

His W and E have nothing do with him being OP, it's all his passive.

These are top tier champions that need the attention from Riot. Why Garen? I'm sorry, I am a tank with 4k HP and he deal 2.5k True damage with his ult no matter how is my health bar. Pretty much unskilled if you want my opinion.
