My biggest problem with balance right now.

Setting aside some other things like how broken some champs are, like maokai who is busted, and how dumb some keystones are, Kleptomancy, who the hell thought it would be a good idea to buff GP right before you introduce Kleptomancy? Like did no one try him out with the mastery before buffing him and think "hmm, maybe we should hold back on these until we're sure we don't break him with the new runes."

For those who don't follow, he got a +1 g buff to his q randomly before preseason hit. Justifiable without preseason, not with.

It just baffles me that he got a buff there. Why did he need that? He's just got more power in his kit than necessary.Now add that on top of the massive buffs the OTHER masteries are for him, like mana regen band, stopwatch and futures market AND the buffs to spelltheif's which you know gangplank will buy.

Why did he GET a buff last patch? Why did he NEED a buff last patch? Why didn't you give him a buff THIS patch instead? All valid questions which distract me from my anger at how dumb he is right now.
