New player free rotation sub-optimal for new players

Hey Rito,

So my wife made a brand new account and has been playing beginner matches and I've noticed some problems with the characters you are providing for low level accounts. At least they seem to be problems based on how bad of a game the people are having with them.

Lux - She is so upbeat and has a LaZer, but a brand new player that is trying to learn how to move-click is doomed. I have yet to see any of them get less than 7 deaths and usually no kills. Everything is skillshots and they probably don't even know what Smartcast means. Maybe you should change the Lux selection over to being Sona instead?

Lissandra - She is also pretty bad for a new player to learn the game with. I am not sure which mage you could put in place of her but the newbies aren't doing so well. Maybe Annie instead of her?

Kha'Zix - It's really sad to see the newbies trying to use this one. I mean, most assassins are tough but he might be one of the hardest to use. Maybe you could switch over to Master Yi instead?

The rest of the champions are less challenging mechanically. I see some of the new guys doing great with Ryze/Garen so just thinking new players might have a better experience and more fun with simpler champions being available.
