ranting about akali and urgot (my first time , i need to get this out of my system)

(long rant if u dont care about me whining about the game i just lost to a silver player as a diamond player skip to the dollars marks) im a d4 on 64% winrate player playing on a new account and im currently in silver 1 promos. in my main i was always banning akali because i just couldnt acknowledge her as a champion so i never really encountered her except for the first time when i decided this was my new perma banned champ(she even took zoe's place , imagine) now in my silver games i either ban or pick akali,if akali ever gets into the enemy team it's over basically (the reason i play her on this account is because i wanted to give riot the benefit of doubt and maybe im a dumbass who just doesnt know how to play against her cuz i never read herspotlight or met her in my games so i needed to know for sure ). just got out of a game where i got bullied in lane by the akali as riven but miraculously pulled off a kill somehow by baiting the not very smart silver player on akali under my tower cuz that's literally the reality of it, if he was a better player he could've easily won the dive at level 3 and get out unscratched if he times the tower shots to minions correctly(since she can go back invisible in 1 sec again anyway a champ like riven doesnt have time to land an auto cuz shes not attack speed based) i come back to lane with Maw (insane MR shield that should totally stops her from oneshotting me if we're talking a normal ap based champ) i still cant trade with her even tho i have the lead , i stay at full health and farm with my shield and we both hit 6 , she wasted shround i decide it's a good time to trade with her, but little did i know she oneshotted me through both my shields and i couldnt even walk away because i was (micro ) stunned and she marked me with e , literally a 0/1 silver akali oneshotted me , a diamond riven who used his ult the moment she engaged and tried trading damage but i literally couldnt touch her let alone trade with her and kill her , she killed me in about two seconds the interval between her ults , q auto R e R again e auto and thats it . the rest of a the game was a massacre , i play it smart but it's futile i just get oneshotted if i get close. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ how long is this going to continue ? what's taking the nerfs so long to come out ? does riot really not care at all about balance ? i havent seen a single pro player saying akali is balanced , even bjergsen and IWD and Yassuo who i might add played her since release. shes picked or banned in every single game and whoever gets it wins it. same thing for urgot ? what would it take to win lane against him ? is it really ok to be this tanky and oneshot people and have short and long range advantage ? strong early strong mid game strong late game too much mov speed too much tankiness too much damage too much cc and aoe. why are tanks who shouldnt be mobile and should be kitable able to have more mobility than assassins and adcs by using righteous glory and deadmans and running em down like hyenas ?
