A rather long-winded post on one persons opinion on the balance of all champions(A's)

Alright so i have seen quite a bit of people complaining that"x champion was nerfed but z champion can still y? Outrageous!" so, i have decided to waste some(large)portion of my life to state my opinions on every single champion to date.(at least the A's today) This is all opinion so feel free to chime in on views on your favorite champ.

Aatrox: Aatrox has been an odd champion since release. I personally consider him to be a sustain-based fighter, with autos of varying use. while he is mainly played top, his awkward sustain based laning doesn't frequently open up chances to kill or be killed, as he lacks significant damage without his blood price, but he can rarely survive fights without bloodthirst. However, the occasional time he appears in the jungle, he ses slightly more success. With the sustain and AOE to survive in the jungle, and okay ganks, he makes up for his so-so top lane with scary powerful ganks and long sustain. I don't have much to say about his ult, as it just ends up being a steroid more than it is as an engage damage bonus.

Ahri:Ahri seems to be an interesting niche combo of poke-assassin. while this leads to some people hating her for her good cc and hard burst, i personally feel shes in a good spot balance wise.in the mid-lane most of her opponent fall into two categories: there is your poke-mage and your assassins. she ends up being a jack of both trades, so she can outplay both with proper care. she can all-in a poke based champ, while in a 1v1 scenario against an assassin she can juke with her ult, or shutdown people with her charm. her charm however, is the most notable bit of her kit, as you can pick off any straggler from a teamfight.

Akali:Akali hasn't been out of the assassin spotlight too long, and most of her balance changes were fairly recent so i hesitate to say she is on the weaker end of the assassin spectrum at this point in time, but i have some reason for thinking so. Akali was at one point in the recent past the best assassin with no argument. with her original stealth giving her armor as opposed to speed, and shadow slash activating mark of the assassin, she could take out a carry protected by their entire team and often get out alive. while she is kind of weak at the moment, it's more due the strength of other assassins, not her weakness.

Alistar:Alistar is a personal favorite for me as far as supports go. a low CD heal and a good amount of utility with some insane tankiness makes him a solid AOE initiator in most games. his laning is ok, but he is more reliant on his ADC then someone like thresh is for securing kills. For quite a long time however, our favorite cow was seen more as jungler than a support. while he is still more viable then say, braum in the jungle, he was nerfed specifically in the jungle due to some insane ban rates at worlds(i believe 85%). overall one of the more solid supports, but is a specialist and thus gets picked less then your more general supports. one final note however, his ult can make him easily the strongest tank in the game, especially with the CC cleanse effect that can single-handedly change the tide of a fight.

Amumu: Amumu may be changed significantly due to the cinderhulk enchantment, my current opinions ma be invalidated in a week or two, so take this opinion with a grain of salt. In my humble opinion, amumu is a very strong jungler, now more then ever. with high utility ganks and solid clear speed, he is only limited by his rather high mana hunger. that being said, he doesn't see to much play as the current meta is dominated by jungle fighters, and tanks have fallen a little behind as a result. however, with more recent changes he may once again become one of the strongest jungle, with his unparalleled utility and teamfight presence.

{{champion:34}:Anivia is possibly the most underrated bird in all the league. with solid cc, semi-burst and some amazing bating powers in the right hands, Anivia was yet another great mage that was overlooked during the assassin meta. with her passive she will almost always win 1v1 duels with an opponent similar in power in skill to her. while she is incredibly mana hungry, her late game can be some of the strongest scaling. I personally feel as though Anivia won't see too much play as the current meta is shifting to long range poke mids, and Anivia doesn't quite fill that archetype with her consistent damage and short range, as opposed to long range burst.

Annie:Annie is an interesting champion to say the least. With her burst initiation she can win whole fights by stunning a clustered a team. with solid damage and fair mana costs and some decent defense. Annie is never really overwhelming to play against, and is a very consistently strong pick. while shes very simple, shes still probably the best burst initiator in the game at the moment, which is an oddly specific niche.

Ashe:Ashe isn't a champ you can say too much about. a simple ADC with ok CC and some global pressure. while i feel shes balanced i don't feel like she will see too much play, as their are more fun champions to play in her place. a permanent slow isnt really enough in a meta full of hyper mobile champions. on a more positive note, her ults mega stun can easily save losing lanes and turn fights even when she isn't there.

Azir:Azir was possibly my favorite champion before he was nerfed into the fiery depths of Hades. While he is an insanely fun champion with some cool mechanics and quite the difficulty curve, he is just not as strong as he once was with his low range on soldiers and low pushing power. i still feel he's fun, but he does need some buffs before he becomes balanced on the level of other champs

Thats all for today. feel free to rage in the comments, and i will make the B's soon. Cheers!
