Why don't I see yorick in low elo

Yorick is the bronze toplane stomp champion. I seem to almost always stomp as long as everything goes according to plan unlike the game where tryndamere fed 2 kills in the way game to jayce and just completely shut me down. I couldn't do jack shit. Other than that, they take so much goul damage that you can just 1 q them after a while. Not to be confused with a nasus 1 q Doge when you have no keys on the keyboard except q. Anyways you dig graves' cigar up and give it back to him because it's a dead meme. You then push e and then the gouls attack if it connects. He also has good sustain. He pushes super hard. Bronze players don't know how to deal with splitpushers the That are fed. If you can't dodge the e, you lose. He's also a strong duelist. Just stay away from tank shredders, Jax, and tryndamere. He has decent scaling. He 's also good in teamfights with the w.you can trap enemies. He is also without a doubt the easiest champion to solo rift herald with. Drop maiden and make it focus you and then you have both maiden and herald pushing. As long as you played the game right , you will get the t3 or inhib by 15 min. Then go bot then mid. What I want to know is why isn't he played if he stomps hard in low elo. Sure he doesn't have flashy plays but he stomps extremely hard.its always fun to just surprised your enemy because they don't respect you. But why don't low elo players abuse him.
