Is there any place you can view reverted PBE changes?

I think it would be interesting to see what Riot tried to do, like experimenting a new Riven passive or Soraka given a higher AP ratio on Q or when they decided to buff Brand. They had some quite cool stuff and even if the stuff they planned was absolutely abysmal, it would be fun to see what they planned for our "loved" champions.
