Let us set skins pre/during-champ select

I can't tell you how many times I've bought a new skin, wanted to try it out, and was all hyped... only to forget it and be in the game like "FFFFFFFFFFFFFFAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!"

Maybe let us go to the champ screen and set it as default until we change the default or change it in champ select?
