Some players not playing with the team

So recently I had a game where we had a Miss Fortune ADC. During the early stages of the game MF was doing fine in lane and they even got first tower but as the game progressed into mid-to-late, she didn't participate in any team fights nor did she push any lanes. Unfortunately due to our team comp we couldn't 5v5 so we had to spit push and catch off stragglers. But MF decided to farm jungle - THE ENTIRE TIME! Due to her actions we lost the game as the enemy team just pushed mid and finished the game with MF still in the jungle.

So my questions are the following:

1. Can a player like this MF be reported and if so what do you report her for?
2. How to play around the fact that we basically have a 4v5?
