If jhin is understood to be weak in the future

I know its still being assessed, but I thought that if jhin was considered weak in the future converting his auto attack dmg into magical damage would be a simple buff that might help a lot. He cant really deal with tanks super effectively because of armor stacking and his low dps. If its converted into magic dmg, he can keep his mage style kit but can also fill a dps role and deal with tanks to a decent degree.

My bias, I think mid jhin is a cool thing and would be interested in seeing the way you might change your laning by having a this version of jhin mid and something else in bot lane. It would also be cool to see a version of last whisper that does exactly this.
