Varus

So not that varus is weak by any means but his q is crap it cost to much mana and has a longer cd. Why play him over ashe or mf both have better stronger more reliable pokes. People who build rageblade thinking its op....news flash its always been the strongest version on him. Its not new. Also stop building rageblade and ie you need onhit. But yes his q is weak and un reliable
