Random Dragon... LOCATIONS?!?

As a top lane main... i feel useless 60% of the time in 100% on my games... Maybe I'm just bad. But I had a thought!

Why can dragons land in the bottom pit... but not the top pit...

After coming to this realization I became exuberantly happy as this could very easily make top lane fun again (bot rotates top, i got bot). And make for some fun plays. Dragons fly! Let them choose where they land!

In all reality, this could be a fun feature. Rift can spawn bot some times, Baron and elder can spawn in different pits... Maybe this would break the game... IDK... its just a thought.
