How am i supposed to get an estimate of my mmr now

Apparently i cant calculate my mmr since op.gg hasn't updated the mmr calculator for the new system. I belive my mmr to be high since i got 29 lp after winning a game. Anyways im curious about how much higher. I got promoted to b4 and game 1 i got 29 and gane 2, i got 27. Is there a way ti calculate my mmr.
