Voice Chat Discussion

So I'm writing this thread because this has been on my mind for quite some time. Why does league not have voice chat? Recently I've been playing counter strike. Just playing for a few short time has made me think that riot should look to install a voice chat feature in league. Now i know that some of you would have objections to things like toxicity and spamming in voice chat, but honestly those things are easily solved by a mute button. Basically i could type out an entire page of pros to installing voice chat in league of legends however i'll just stick with one point. Recently i've started palying ranked in bronze (insert elo hell joke here) and what i've noticed is for a game that is supposed to have a large strategy based element it's surprisingly lacking.

Now i know some of you will probably just put this down to being bronze elo, but after watching games of higher level elo's on stream i've seen that even there bad strategy and communication are a big problem. Voice chat would make the game a lot smoother and add a higher level of communication to the game overall. I know this is a huge topic but it would be nice if riot would at least do some trials with voice chat and league.
