@Riot, what do you think about this new setting idea? [Active Items Setting]

Hi, have you ever been in a position where you would buy important active items such as and tend to forget that you even had it?

Well I thought of this, how about a setting, where when you are in a dangerous situation where your HP is very low or you're in a group fight, you have a little notification over your champion that suggests you an item to activate in your current position? [this applies to summoner spells as well]

Now why should this be implemented in the game? Well I've noticed that low elos have struggles learning how to use active items in the game. They dont get adjusted to it. This will help them get more familiar on how active items should work in play.

Whereas other higher elo, maybe this will be helpful for them too where it will remind them that they can activate a specific item in their current position.

It could be a type of on/off setting where a player can choose if they want to keep this setting or not.

Now the question you might ask is, what happens when there's more than 2 active items? +summoner spells? I was thinking that it could be like a little bubble that shows the icons of the items but smaller. I'm not sure exactly if this is correct on how to solve that issue but it's a suggestion.
