Opinion: One "tear" item per build

is abusing the double tear build, and his power only goes up with the upcoming changes, since crit marksmen are being delayed.

No one else has EVER (to my knowledge) used a build with two tear items, and I personally think Ezreal is too strong with it, and too safe and difficult to shut down early.

Overall, I think the only 2 ADCs that are really out of line right now are , and I think nerfing the double tear build would be the best way to nerf Ezreal.
