Forzen Mallet suggestion

Currently frozen mallet to apply 40% slow on the 1st attack

so what i would suggest is to make it stack several times to reach that 40% for instance every basic attack slows enemy by 10% up to 40% movement slow

Crystal Scepter could take the same thing maybe?
