can akali tank this much.....? she has no heal on her champ stats

i was wondering if akali can tank like this? her champ stats has no health..........how can she have 500 health? haha when i ap kindred i just get capped on all my ap items...... last time i check mr works as defense...?

is this build even possible for akali....? her champ stats has almost no defense which means she cannot have much health/mr/armor right? i am not mis reading the champion stats am i?
