80% of the ranked population silver or below

this is unacceptable if people want to take the ranked system seriously. in my opinion. its because there is practically zero difference in skill from a bronze 3 player and a silver player. and getting from bronze to silver is entirely based on luck. some potential solutions could include one or more of the following A. restrict matchmaking to people in your tier. and make it so silver players could no longer queue with bronze B. add 2 more divisions per tier. bronze 7-1 silver 7-1 ect. C. add a copper league. in between silver and bronze D. make it so if people are actually bad enough. they could become unranked again. E.make it so mastery grades affect LP
