Masteries, Runes, etc Randomly Change or Dont Change

Noticed for quite some time that when you change things, like Masteries, Runes, Champ Skins, Ward Skins, and summoner spells they dont change when you want them to, or if you wont want them to change they change. At first i thought it might have been me, but now i know it isnt just me. I didnt want to change anything and ended up with the wrong stuff while i played mid, and the game before i played mid (so nothing was supposed to change).

I had Thunderlords one match, changed absolutely nothing, and ended up with AD Assassin stuff XD. Cmon Riot, jokes on me, but please fix it ^_^
