A quick guide on how to fix the jungle

1 . revert all the exp and scuttle changes

2 a. lower exp of blue and red buff, and raise exp of other camps (enough so any route EXCEPT buff-camp-buff will hit you lvl 3) OR 2 b. lower exp of all camps and make them spawn faster and deal less damage and have less hp (similar to that of prevoius seasons) (you know so we actaully have to CHOOSE when to gank instead of going... "oh well i have 30 second until any camp spawns... guess i have to gank now"

3 . give us our fucking trackers knife back... 4 . don't revert the changes to the jungle items. and keep the 70 ap change on runic you have on pbe.

5 . profit? or at least not lose players...
