Two zz'rots.... at the same f**king time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok simple thing here, In a blitz game I had since the moment of writing this (about 90 seconds). I wanted to get some bonus from the tweaked ruby sightstone that now gives 20% cd on active items.

So i get righteous glory, mikaels crucible ect. I notice that we are having problems pushing waves and so buy zz'rot. near the end of the game I have one in the left river bush of mid and see it's off cd (I place the next one in their base because we are about to close)

I check minimap for no reason and see the worst thing. I HAVE TWO F**KING ZZ'ROTS ON THE MAP, so to anyone from riot if this isn't a bug please balance because well ya'know you will have jngs and supps buying sightstone and zz'rot and psuhing evey lane without a single person in it
