Can we change the number of games to not decay to something above 1?

The excuse that not everyone has time to play is ridiculous, if you're playing less than 10 games a month you aren't going to compete at plat 5+ for long and your rank becomes invalid anyway, It's really not fun to be around plat and to have your games be a complete gamble because so many people are playing their one game to not decay, if people have to play 5-10 they will actually accurately fall and be placed where they belong, even if that just shifts the problem down to G1/G2 it at least gets them out of plat and discourages boosting above gold
