. I don't think she's the champion most in need of a rework. However I think she has the most potential for a really cool rework. I want her to be a true shape shifter. Making her more of a dragon warrior would be awesome.
I think he's the one that needs the most love, from a general perspective. His model and kit are outdated, and he really doesn't sell his fantasy. At least the others do a pretty good job of representing the champion, but Fiddlesticks just doesn't live up to his theme.
Plus he's annoying, and I'm hoping that a VGU will update him to today's focus on skill-based damage and mechanics, rather than auto-targeted spam. A good Fiddlesticks should be terrifying, not frustrating.
I voted for Dr. Mundo 
and there are tons of reasons for this decision.
Mundo has probably the worst model of every champion in league of legends now, we shouldn't allow something that looks like this to haunt the rift any longer.

It still even shows the old, retconned version of Zaun for crying out loud! Of course, opinions vary here. For me, the gruesome yet hilarious serial killer is more appealing thematically for me than a half dragon or any of the other archetypes represented in the poll. Additionally, Zaun and Piltover are my favourite regions, so because of bias I will obviously prefer a thematic coming from Zaun.
From all the champions in the vote, I think Dr. Mundo actually needs the most work when it comes to his kit. Except for his iconic cleavers, his entire kit is basically built around several different stat steroids. His passive is literally just advanced health regen. His W is a glorified sunfire cape with tenacity bonus. His E an auto reset, with double stat steroid (AD and MR). Finally his ult, which is also basically an extreme health regen steroid. No kit should have so many passive effects, he needs actual mechanics to work with.
I know, some people didn't like it, but I loved that they changed Crimson Akali from a red chroma to an Infernal skin. Dr. Mundo has the same potential with his Toxic Dr. Mundo skin, I hope that this gets reimagined as a Chemtech skin.
From all the champions in the vote, Fiddlesticks and Dr. Mundo are the most isolated when it comes to lore. Shyvana is well bound in into the lore with her relationship with Jarvan IV and the whole story about xenophobia in Demacia. Nocturne is part of a demon race and has ties to Demacia as well with his short story. Volibear is now a Freljordian demigod with well defined relationship to his brother Ornn.
Just Fiddlesticks has no ties whatsoever with any champion, we got a short story with random people instead. But we know his background (he got murdered and resurrected as a cursed scarecrow). Dr. Mundo has met Ekko in the lore, but that's it. We don't know what he is, where he came from, almost nothing except he got researched by some scientists which messed up his understanding of medicine.
I think Dr. Mundo has great potential to get tied with another champion, Evelynn. I made an own thread about it: Dr. Mundo: Should he embrace the agony?
The next VGU we get is Mordekaiser, then Pantheon. Both champions are pretty serious in their thematic and Riot stated that they want to avoid always going in one direction, they want to mix in some lighthearted designs here and there. From all the champions in the vote, Dr. Mundo with his silly nature is the most "lighthearted" champion in the poll. I would even say the only lighthearted choice.... every other one on that list is god damn edgy.
That's what I can think of currently, if I remember any more reasons, they might be added later. ^^

The only reason I did so was in Hope's that would change hit kit and get rid of the silence crow that can hit you more than once n apply the silence.

I do Play Shyvana, and the reason I DIDN'T vote for her:
Riot, if you were paying attention, said they want to scale up her "Fire breathing Dragon" fantasy. In other words, they want to buff her E MORE as part of a rework. That's not something I condone on any level. It's already the single most powerful skill shot in the game, and on a relatively low cooldown as well. (Pay attention to their descriptive context, not just your "Favorite champion.")
Mundo also looked like they intend a rework to result in more buffs..... something he absolutely doesn't need.
Voli is already fine, strong, and has a balanced kit.
Nocturne Is generally fine as well.

I went on a little rant on another post about how Shyv really needs the rework since she is in an all around bad state. But then, I took a long hard look at Nocturne's model... and I just felt so sorry for the guy, he looks like a generic minion from -insert generic fantasy game-, so I threw my vote at him. Also there's this badass concept art of him by this Ron Broyde guy that's been circulating here and there and it gave me some hope https://www.artstation.com/artwork/XqmLy . I am a HUGE sucker for dragons and such but I decided I should wait to see whether or not they were going to touch on shyv since she is a part of Demacia, an area that's been getting a lot of love lately.
Volibear, because his current design, like every champin that I believe needs to be reworked, doesn't reflect his current lore. Everyone else on the list is outdated but at least thematic. Volibear isn't even the same character anymore.
