Youmuu's Ghostblade: STOP BUILDING IT

I have seen players building Youmuu's Ghostblade on ADCs that traditionally would have used Phantom Dancer. I can't stress enough that this is BAD.

Champions like Graves, Draven, Vayne, and Tristana do not benefit from 20 armor pen and 10% CDR more than 15% more crit and permanent attack speed.

ADCs do not participate in teamfights for just 6 seconds: they are the consistent source of high DPS that every team relies on to carry through the mid and late game. If they are not attacking continually, or if they are forced out of the fight, the team's DPS drops considerably, and the fight is probably lost.

Just because Lucian makes full use of all the stats (as a kiting, caster ADC with high burst who benefits HUGELY from CDR and the active) doesn't mean it should be built on other ADCs.

It was never a thing before. Nothing has changed but the duration. There is no reason for its excessive use now (other than the sheep mentality of so many players).

If someone wants me to do the mathematical comparison between Youmuu's and Phantom Dancer I can, but only if enough people request it.
