Quality of life buff on Lucian W

Lucian W gives bonus movement speed when his marked target is damaged by himself or his allies.

However, if your target is about 500 range and you cast W and proceed to auto attack, the auto attack will land before the W simply because the attack projectile speed is faster than the W.

The result is you not proc'ing the W move speed buff. Now, it does not seem like much of a big deal and you can simply do another auto attack or Q, but when you have an in your face ready to rip you to shreds, that extra time it takes to proc your w means you will be dead.

My suggestion is a faster cast animation on his W or faster projectile speed.

Another thing I find odd is that Deathfire touch does not proc the move buff of his W even tho it does damage after the W has landed. The same goes for ignite and passive.
