Can Riot answer this yes/no question with no BS: Is the balance team currently doing a good job?

Because I'm convinced they aren't. Tired of getting oneshot every game, guys. Tired of the 5 minute games where you cannot even FF before 15 minutes. Tired of losing tower because I had to back. Tired of relic ADCs and ADCs in general. Tired of the pointless buffs and nerfs the balance team is handing out without fixing any of the core issues. Sick and tired of garbage tier reworks. Fed up with cancerous champions such as CT's newest creation.

Of course, the balance team is oblivious to all of these issues. My guess is that they don't play their own game. Anyway, can RIot answer my question? Doubt it'll happen though because that would be admitting fault.
