Riot Please fix

Ive notice a lot lately of players either not being able to load in to games or being consistently booted out. It causing a lot of aggravation while playing ranked especially when half these games are getting me demoted. I know im not the best at league, but more than good enough with a real 5v5 game to win easy in my elo. Between this and just some players ive gotten on my teams who belong in bronze 5 not silver, Ive been dropped from S1 making my way to gold to almost S4 at this point.
