Bring back old Quinn ult with lethality and new runes
It's clear to everyone that the marksman update was not able to put Quinn into a marksman role just by minor changes to the kit and a ult rework. Her kit clearly doesn't fit what a marksman should be able to do so the decision to change her ult was a mistake from the beginning. With the new runes and lethality Quinn could make a comeback as an assassin if she was given her old ult with some minor changes. I would personally encourage adding some more reward to going full melee as a squishy ad susceptible to crowd control by giving her a reset on her e when she gets a kill with her ultimate active. This change could even add some outplay potential when you get a kill in a team fight press r and use the human form e to escape. I think that not only would this allow Quinn to make better use of the new runes but help her find a spot along other meta assassins instead of forcing her into an adc role while her e does the opposite of what an adc would want. I would love to see Quinn as a high risk roaming mid laner with more rewards to getting kills and a new aspect of excitement added to her kit with the ultimate changes. Her kit works well with lethality and Quinn should be able to own this with her old ultimate and duskblade melee procs. As a Quinn player I understand the ult changes but I would love to see her regain a small player base from just becoming a more fun and interactive champ to play.
