Getting matched with a team feedback

Riot support keep refuses to listen and refuese to admit there a problem. How can the matchmaking system be matching your will simple skill level in 0:00 secs? Its not possable and it prove it in my lasted game getting a mid laner not able to do the basic and react or rotate or listen to ping and just die over and over again and a top laner that would rather feed and not just farm and then just fight over jungler and mids lane over jungle camps as other team take every turret
