Please enable bans in URF again

This "URF" wasn't that fun as before (but it was still good). I know that Riot made it Random, so that ppl won't perma pick ekko etc anymore, and I'm perfectly fine with that, hell I even support that. However what I don't support (next to ARAM Accounts in URF), are that we cannot ban anymore. With no bans there is a chance, that enemies have Sona, Karthus, etc. This weekend I saw Sona more often than I ever have in URF. I know it's also the ARAM only accounts' fault, but enabling bans again, will definetely help ARURF. So my wishes for next ARURF are:

-enable bans -(you already know)using the entire champion pool
