Literally hundreds of posts about this. Solo Q or if they dont have solo Q then their highest ranked Q should be taken into consideration for other ranked ladders. Last game, literally had everything from bronze to diamond on the other team http://imgur.com/a/9LmVW

yadda yadda its flex counts as whatever troll/norms/practice queue as most give the piss poor ladder as a excuse Our mid and top got totally dunked, but our bot slightly won as expected based on their listed solo Q elo, but wasnt enough to carry against their solo laners

The other team wasn't even full premade either - I asked them.
