Your're telling me at level 18 Mal will have a (Damage+Spell-shield) that is on a 6 second CD? I mean Even at lower levels the CD is very low. I haven't seen it yet but that sounds broken as hell. Pretty much immune to everything should not be a passive. A skill, like Sivirs, is fine. BUT A PASSIVE?! Malzahar was already annoying to begin with.....
