I play ADC alot and i'm trying to figure out why sometimes people tell me to get executioner's calling.

Can you explain when I should get these items?

When the enemy has healing built in to their kits buy executioners. Such champions can include Soraka DrMundo Vladimir Warwick Darius Illaoi Kayn (darkin) Maokai Zac etc.

When the enemy doesn't have healing but is still tanky as fuck then buy Lord Dominiks. These can include Ornn Sejuani Galio Malphite Shen Jax JarvanIV anyone really who builds a lot of hp.
