[Suggestion] Make blocked-player list prevent queuing on the same team.
I'm fine with them being on the enemy team though ;)
Rationale The number of players an individual can block has a soft-cap limit by the simple fact that an individual can only pay so much time and attention to blocking players. That may be a handful to scores for any given player, but will never amount to a substantial fraction of the millions of players in the player base.
