Would there ever be a chance in the future (near or distant)?

To implement an arcade system similar to the one seen in starcraft 2?

For those who don't know, starcraft 2 has a map editor that allows you to create custom maps and games using almost all the editor tools available to the company. People made cool mini games from RPGs to tower defenses to arena-based games. There would be hundreds of games to choose from on top of the good ol PvP ranked and what-not.

Perhaps riot could do it in a MUCH MUCH smaller scale to keep costs low? Maybe only 10 arcade games make it through and the bottom 2 games have a chance to get swapped out on the next patch? Hell maybe even just a 5 dollar barrier to allow access to arcade games and the editor if money REALLY for whatever reason becomes that much of an issue?

Most people I know who played starcraft had a very fond memory of the arcade system they had. I think a space where the community can put up their content for others to play if they're burned out from ranked or something would be cool.
