Simple question, maybe I'm missing something but shouldn't Rek Sais unburrow proc Sheen? You get a proc for all her other abilities just not her W. I looked through the patch notes, but couldn't find anything. Is this as intended?

2: Honestly, if you find a decent reason to build Sheen on Rek'Sai, I'd like to know. I might be bothered if she actually built the item regularly and could use its stats, but unless you're running Poke'Sai (which I literally just made up right now), having any AP is basically useless. Not to mention that mana isn't used on Rek'Sai.
I... think... (don't quote me on this) that Reksai's Unburrow was intended to work akin to Jinx's Switcheroo! or Elise's Spider/Human form or Jayce's Transform in that it's more of a "mode switch" than an actual spell. None of these proc Sheen.
Tri Is a recommended item, All the stats are useful excluding the mana, And the sheen proc is nice as her base AD is high. Polar I think you may be right from a technical standpoint in that it is a stance change, and they don't proc sheen. But unlike all other stance changes Hers deals damage and is used more as an ability. It currently is confusing as there is nothing ingame to clearly point as to why it doesnt proc. Also Triforce currently feels lack luster, champs like Vi, can easily proc Sheen 4 times in a fight, while Rek can comfortably only do it twice, which makes it feel really useless
