Best junglers Patch 6.20?

There are junglers that I constantly see in high elo play and i've been lead to believe these are amoung the best. Here's the junglers that seem to be the best options for best jungle champions, at least as of patch 6.20:

Elise RekSai LeeSin Evelynn Hecarim Kindred LeeSin Olaf Nunu Rengar Poppy Gragas Graves Rumble Nidalee

What I'm wondering is, what can these champions do exactly that sets them apart from the rest, and why are they the best options for being a jungler? What makes them unique as a jungler?

Elise : Pretty good burst + safe clear (thanks to the spiders) early. Her stun starts off rank 1 at 1.6 seconds. That's a HUGE amount of time which means her early ganks are amazing and help snowball lanes. Late game she usually turns into a tankier pick monster with the Q RekSai : Similar to above. Turns into a very good tank with global presence thanks to ult. Her vision control with Tremor sense is great. LeeSin : Is just a mechanically intense champion that people love to play and make plays with his ult (Thanks Insec). Great in the right hands Gragas : Good clear. Tanks well. Has a damage reduction ability. His ult is pretty game changing. Nidalee : One of 'the' power farmers. Specializes in just speed clearing and counter jungling which helps keep the opponent jungler down and track of them. Hecarim : This powerful pony does lots of damage. Has some pretty good speed. Ult is fantastic.

I'm going to ignore Nunu since we haven't seen what he can do yet.

Gank potential: elise, hec, rengar, gragas, nidalee, eve, lee, gragas and reksai all have incredible gank potential. In high elo, getting one kill during laning phase is enough to win the lane. They all have some way to ensure a successful gank is possible, usually by cc, stealth, dashes.

They can all gank at level 2 or 3.

They have different viable build paths, depending on the way the game is going.

They all also have high damage outputs

The concept for most of them is simple: terrorize during the laning phase and use that advantage to snowball till the game is over.

Anyone playing late-game junglers will find their team flaming them for not having as much presence as the enemy lee, elise, hecarim, etc. And by the time late game comes, the jungler may be ready to fight but his team is probably at least 0/3 each and behind on towers/dragon.

Nunu is a monster counter jungler with his consume having some of the best clears in the game. He can solo baron and dragon and his ult is very game changing which can burn flash and can do over 1500 Ap. His snowball is on a 2 second cooldown with a slow that's pretty much a stun, and is a very underrated jungler
