Player controlled by AI program

Does Riot do anything against player controlled by AI program????? Each day, I submit request against them because I always play with 1 on my team, can't play a game without one, but today, I attained the summum....

There were 3 player controlled by AI program on my team and made us almost lose the game by only autoattacking center and staying under turret.

Does Riot really care about this or it's now legal to do like them. With all the number of them I see each day, I think Riot are legalizing it.
