In-Game Improvement: Allow Re-centering of Camera in Semi-Locked Mode

When I saw this option getting released, I eagerly tried it and was disappointed that I could no longer re-center the camera on my champion. This is a feature I would use if this were a possibility. I saw many posts after the release of this feature suggesting the same thing, but they got no attention. Eventually, people gave up. However, I think the interest is still there. This is a great camera option, it just needs some love <3

Yes please. This is how the camera works in Heroes of the Storm. Here in LoL, it's nearly impossible to get your camera back to a decent center. I'd like it to work more or less exactly like in HotS.
